I am a dedicated foodie, former restaurant owner and Le Cordon Bleu (Tokyo) Graduate. I've been eating my way through Baton Rouge for more than a decade and it is food heaven unlike the tourist traps in NOLA. I'm in love with Baton Rouge, it's the capitol of Louisiana with great food, great people and LSU! It's one of the most amazing food cities in the world and way better than our more famous food city which is filled with drunks and criminals and now WAY overpriced tourist traps.
