Born and bred in sunny Singapore, I’m a foodie as well as a trained Chef. Currently the assistant manager of EasyChef Lab, I've spent much of my time working for celebrity chefs in New York but nothing beats returning back to my home country. My passion for food came from the enormous (and delicious!) array of multi-cultural cuisine that this country has to offer. When in Rome – or in this case – Singapore, eat as the locals do!
