Nathalie is French, from a small city near Lyon where food is what life is all about! Being trilingual (French, English and Spanish), she travelled and worked to 40 countries on 5 continents before sailing south with Eric (her husband and Captain of the boat) in 2008. She logged more than 250 dives in different seas and is a PADI Instructor (with many specialities). She also has an ISCO Bareboat Charter Captain Licence. Another passion is cooking. Her cuisine is strongly inspired and influenced by her French heritage mixed with creole and Bahamian styles. All guests love what she prepares: no one wants to miss a meal on board! All her cooking is prepared from scratch in the galley. She always presents dishes at their best so that not only do guests relish the wonderful aromas, their eyes too enjoy the feast, before their taste buds are pampered. She also accommodate special requests, such as gluten, nuts or pork-free meals. Her aim is for guests to live a dream during their holidays, having nothing to do but to relax in the cockpit or on deck with a cocktail in hand, ensuring that sceneries above and below sea level meet and exceed their expectations, bringing special ambiance around the table so that everybody can share unforgettable moments on board.
