Trained chef, worked in the USA for 11 years, then moved back to peru in 2008, since then i have been the head chef at hotel Runcu from 2008 till December 2015. In 2012 I Started food and drink Lima Experience where i have designed experiences for our visitors who really want to learn about our culture. My passion is to show the amazing culture that lives here in Peru thru our culinary, the amazing Incas, people that new how to work the land and learn about its benefits that we nowadays take as granted and we need to show everybody how important this is for the planet.
Peru´s culinary is ancient, is radiant, is colorful, it is alive, is super tasty and is changing the world!
