Tourists in our wine cellar

In the beginning of May 2015 in our wine cellar visited guests from Ceska republic. During wine degustation we offer to our guests familly made Qvevri wines Rkatstieli, Saferavi, Chacha, tree nuts from our garden, Churchkhela etc. It was very clear that guest liked very much Qvevri wines smell, taste, color. The wine-making process involves pressing the grapes and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stalks and pips into the Qvevri, which is sealed and buried in the ground so that the wine can ferment for five to six months before being drunk. For example after September 2014 we opened our Rkastilteli Qvevri in 12 April 2015, on Easter holiday. Guests liked so much our wines that they decide to buy couple white and red wines. :)
